- Cut down or stop drinking sodas completely (they are the highest contributors to the acid load).
- Decrease meat intake (especially processed meats).
- Get your preventative check-up as directed by your physician or according to the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF).
- Get a yearly check-up no matter how good you feel.
- Exercise at least 3-4 times per week
- Include fruits and vegetables in your daily food intake.
- Read the labels on everything you buy. You will be surprised about what kind of junk is added to bottled food.
