We want you to feel confident trying Balance7 for the first time! That’s why we offer a 30-day refund policy for first-time customers.

In accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, Balance7 is not required by law to offer refunds. However, we voluntarily provide this 30-day satisfaction guarantee as a courtesy to first-time customers. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy as posted.



Who qualifies for a refund?

Our policy applies to new customers who are trying Balance7 for the first time. If you are not satisfied, we’ll refund one variant of the product you purchased — even if you ordered a multi-unit pack.

💡 Example: If you ordered a 12-pack of Balance7, your refund will apply to one product only — not the full pack.


📦 What about shipping?

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free or discounted shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned product.


📸 Reporting Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, we’re here to help — but please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damage on the same day the order is delivered.
  • Email the images to support@balance7.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Without same-day photo evidence, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund due to shipping issues.

    • The reason for the refund
    • If applicable, photos of the product

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
