well Im one week into balance 7, it now does not taste so funky. it has a sweetish taste now. hard to believe, but yes, it gets better. I have noticed that I now sleep like a baby again, and this is a big deal for me, I was getting 5 hours a night and that was tough. Im 53 years old, in good health and love my coffee so its imperative that I keep my acidity balanced this has helped so far, I have noticed my joints feeling better as well. I go to the gym regularly and have some issues with my wrist and one knee, this has subsided slightly, I m hoping to get more relief as my usage time increases with B7. I did have a bit of an intestinal issue, due to the B7 but that subsided and I feel like i have slimmed down slightly, maybe no more bloating. I do have a bit of intestinal issues going on but nothing serious. I will update my review later with the progress of all of this.. oh and my smooth skin, that stuff is awesome. Im a man and all I do is soap it up and go, now i spray this on in the morning and at bed time. my skin is soft and more even in tone.. its fantastic. I love it. so far so good thanks B7 !!

I've been taking B7 since it's arrival and I'm not sure what to feel , maybe it's working so well I don't even notice,I have type 2 diabetes, congested heart failure, I wear a pacemaker, what ever B7 can do for me is appreciated, I'm not looking for B7 to heal me but if it can help with the Acidity from the meds it's greatly appreciated 👍

Howie Carr introduced me to B7 and I’v a couple of years. It’s a kind of costly but it’s worth the money. The most noticeable benefits to me is it helps digestion a lot and I have no more worries when having something acidy such as spaghetti sauce. I had pains in my hands and numbness in in my arm but they went away. I can’t tell it’s because of B7 but I’m sure it helped somewhat. I thank Howie for introducing me to this wonderful product.
